Selecting the best grapes and varietals from a number of the growing wine regions in California, Hapax has some of the best value and quality wines that California has to offer at a reasonable price. These grapes are then sent to our selected wineries for processing, ageing and packaging. Beers are brewed under the strictest brewing standards with the finest quality ingredients by our selected breweries in America to provide the best premium beers that America has to offer
