Blanc - Our Sauvignon Blanc is a highly versatile and extremely
food friendly wine that can be enjoyed with an entire range of foods
and cuisines. Due to its high acidity, low alcohol content (under
13.5%), this is one of our most pairable wines with food. Selected
from grapes that grow well in Sonoma and Napa Counties, Alexander
Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Russian River Valley, St. Helena,
Rutherford, Oakville with some strong offerings from Monterrey,
Mendocino and Santa Barbara, our wine blend is taking the best of
all the wine regions of California. It is easy to detect a bouquet
of oak, smoke, toast, vanilla, figs, and wet or sweet wood. The
palate and mouth-feel of butter, cream, oil are often perceived.
